'Erybody talking about the TYME iron. Here's a Cibu tip that will save you time and money: watch this video and learn how to beach wave your hair with the iron you got, girl!
- Using clips (Try this pack from Cibu), section hair in four parts: Top, left, right and back. This will make hair easier to manage as you repeat the waves around your head
- Starting in the back, use a rat tail comb to grab 1" sections
- Spray each section with Cibu Finista Finishing Spray
- Starting at about 2" down from scalp, lightly clamp flat iron on hair and twist wrist away from your face. Turn the iron once and pull it straight through length of hair. Try not to stop! If you stop in the middle of the twist it will cause a crimp that is not cute. You can hold on to end of each hair section with opposite hand for more control (this entire process is better illustrated in the video above)
- Repeat waves all over head, always remember to turn flat iron away from the face, not towards it
- Use fingers to loosen wave
- Emulsify a finger tips worth of Cibu Origumi Fiber Paste in palms and clap over head to activate styling fibers
- Scrunch fibers into hair to add more beachy, bed head-ish texture
- Spray finished style a generous serving of Cibu Finista Finishing Spray
